On 30 November 2024, Techfruits proudly celebrated its 8th Year Anniversary — a significant milestone in the company’s journey of innovation, growth, and teamwork. The celebration brought together the entire Techfruits family for an evening of appreciation, reflection, and vision for the future.
Event Highlights
The celebration commenced at 7:00 PM with Master of Ceremonies duties conducted by Mr. Brittoraj, HR, Techfruits.
Ms. Akshaya, HR Recruiter, extended a warm welcome address, setting a heartfelt tone for the evening.

Mr. Anoop acknowledged every team member as the driving force behind Techfruits’ success. He emphasized the company’s strong organizational culture and noted its significant growth compared to the previous year. Highlighting the importance of sales as a core pillar of business success, he encouraged greater collaboration between sales teams and other departments to reduce errors and improve efficiency.

Mr. Lenin expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the Techfruit’s employees for their role in the company’s success story. He reflected on the journey from operating in rented premises to owning the company’s facility, with ambitions for multiple branches in the future. Announcing plans to gradually move toward launching an IPO (Initial Public Offering), he underscored this as a major step in the company’s growth. He also spoke about facing unique challenges each year, and the need for smooth operational processes to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Mr. Sureshkumar thanked employees for their unwavering support, especially during challenging times. He acknowledged that completing eight years in business is no small feat, noting the inevitable obstacles both employers and employees face. He urged team members to support one another for mutual professional growth and the company’s continued development, closing with the call to “grow together.”
